Supreme Court dismisses petitions against separate HSGMC, uphold Act

New Delhi, September 20

Supreme Court has dismissed petitions challenging constitution of separate Haryana Gurudwara Management Committee and has upheld Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Act 2014 and constitutionality of the Act.
