Haryana Development and Panchayats Minister, Devender Singh Babli said that solar systems are being installed in the government schools in the state to ensure adequate power supply and prevent disruptions to students’ studies.
Development and Panchayat Minister Devender Singh Babli inaugurated solar panels costing Rs 31.50 lakh in the government schools of Tohana villages namely Rupawali, Karandi, Musa Khera, Shakarpura, Sadhanwas, Kudni, Meond Khurd, Nathuwal and Kana Khera. Basic infrastructure is being developed in these schools to enhance facilities and provide students with a conducive learning environment.
He also inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of various development works worth Rs 2.93 crore.
The Minister emphasised the government’s efforts to improve the quality of education by upgrading the infrastructure in every school.
Ensuring adequate basic facilities in school premises is the government’s top priority. E-libraries are being established in every village for the youth preparing for competitive exams.
In the first phase, 1200 buildings were identified for renovation and beautification to create e-libraries, providing all necessary facilities within the village.
