Advisor (Irrigation) to the Chief Minister of Haryana, Devender Singh said that the redressal of the complaints coming on the CM window should be processed on priority basis within the stipulated time frame so that the complainant gets quick resolution to their problems.
Devender Singh said this while presiding over the review meeting of CM Window Grievances here today.
He said that the complaints of CM Window which are pending at the headquarters level should be settled within a week. If the solution is not resolved at the headquarter level for a week, then the nodal officer of the concerned department will be held responsible and stringent action will be taken against him.
He said that if an FIR is registered after investigation on a complaint and recovery is to be done in that case, then that recovery should be done immediately.
Devender Singh said that after investigation on any complaint registered on the CM window, a decision should be taken immediately at the headquarters level on receipt of the report from the field. During this, he directed the officers of Urban Local Bodies, Development and Panchayats and Home Department to prepare a presentation of complaints after a thorough review and give a report.
He said that if any officer or employee keeps the complaints of CM Window pending without any reason, then strict action should be taken against him by issuing a notice to him. He said that if any kind of action has been taken on any complaint, then its report should be uploaded on the portal.
Devender Singh said that so far 11,23,915 complaints have been registered on the CM window, out of which 9,76,508 complaints have been redressed, 11,903 complaints have been acted upon, 16,171 complaints received action taken reports, 59,645 are not feasible, 103 complaints in action (demand), 65 NRI complaints, 25 complaints are regarding suggestions, and 25,941 complaints seeks clarification.
