High Court quashes Haryana law providing 75% quota in private sector jobs

In the setback to Haryana government, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed Haryana law providing 75% quota for Haryana domicile in Private Sector as unconstitutional.

As reported by LiveLaw, HC stated that the act is ultravirus and violative of part-3 of the Constitution.
