Haryana Vidhan Sabha unanimously passes a vote of thanks for consecration ceremony of Lord Shri Ram Lalla

Haryana Vidhan Sabha today unanimously passed a vote of thanks and congratulations for the consecration ceremony of Lord Shri Ram Lalla held on January 22, 2024. An official resolution in this regard was moved in the House by Leader of the House and Chief Minister Manohar Lal.

Moving the official resolution Manohar Lal expressed, “It is a matter of great privilege for me to present the resolution in this esteemed House regarding the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla’s life in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024. Today, every Indian feels elated and proud witnessing the re-establishment of the Shri Ram Temple. On behalf of the people of Haryana, this House extends its gratitude to all those eminent personalities who have contributed through their thoughts, words, and actions to this remarkable achievement.”

He said, “Lord Rama is not just an idol but also the source of energy for our nation. He serves as both an inspiration and a guide for us. Merely discussing his ideals reminds us of the lofty principles of public service established by Lord Rama, which greatly strengthen our democracy today.”

The Chief Minister said that ‘Ram Rajya’ holds significant importance in Indian cultural and spiritual philosophy, representing the epitome of ideal governance. This concept envisions a society characterized by justice, equality, brotherhood, and prosperity. In Indian culture, ‘Ram Rajya’ is not merely a political or social ideal, it also embodies spiritual and moral values.

Referring to a verse of Shri Ramcharitmanas, he said that no one had physical, divine or material troubles in Ramrajya. Everyone lived in harmony, loving one another and abiding by their respective religious duties as per the rules outlined in the Vedas.

These attributes of Ramrajya serve as inspiration for us to strive for a similar India today. This House extends its heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has committed to building such a nation and has taken the courageous step of establishing the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya to fulfill this vision.The Chief Minister emphasized that Shri Rama embodies the consciousness of our cultural nation.

He is our heritage, our civilization, and our culture. With his installation in Ayodhya after 550 years, strong waves of faith are rising not only from Kashmir to Kanyakumari but also among his devotees spread across the world. It is our great fortune to experience such profound happiness and joy. We owe this blissful existence to the penance and sacrifices of millions of our ancestors. This House pays homage to all its ancestors and expresses profound gratitude towards them.

He said that this achievement has occurred during the auspicious time of Amrit Kaal, signifying favorable omens for realizing the ambitious vision of constructing a strong, inclusive, and prosperous India over the next 25 years.
