The Viksit Bharat Yatra, today reached the village of Chhachhrauli in the Jagadhri assembly constituency. School Education Minister Kanwar Pal participated at the event as the Chief Guest. While addressing the gathering he shared insights into various initiatives taken in the past nine years which has significantly eliminated the hassle faced by the common public in drawing the benefits of Government welfare schemes.
Minister, Kanwar Pal stated that during the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Chhachhrauli, 34 new Ayushman Chirayu cards, 18 new elderly pension schemes, and 8 BPL ration cards for eligible individuals were issued.
Additionally, three individuals were registered under the Svamitva Scheme, and students excelling in sports and academics were also honored. The program also acknowledged progressive farmers and social workers.
Highlighting the government’s commitment to the welfare of the poor, Minister, Kanwar Pal emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Chief Minister, Manohar Lal, numerous efforts have been made for good governance and the well-being of the underprivileged since 2014.
Minister, Kanwar Pal expressed satisfaction that in the present government, eligible beneficiaries are receiving free medical treatment through Ayushman and Chirayu cards.
Basic amenities are reaching the doors of the poor, marking a significant change in Haryana where the government actively ensures that the benefits of various schemes reach those in need.
Speaking about the robust infrastructure in the country and the state, he mentioned the widespread network of highways, expressways, and roads, making transportation simple therefore increasing employment opportunities for youth.
Minister, Kanwar Pal stated that the Viksit Bharat Yatra is reaching every village, ensuring that people are informed about government schemes, and they can avail the benefits right in their villages.
He said that under the program ‘Meri Kahani Meri Jubani’, beneficiaries from different departments also shared the experiences of their success stories. Information about the achievements of the state government and the central government was also distributed to all the people by the Department of Public Relations, Language and Culture.
