In order to provide further thrust to the infrastructure development facilitating public services in the region, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal has given administrative sanction for the construction of Nirman Sadan in District Rewari.
Giving more information in this regard, an official spokespereson stated that the estimated cost for the project, as proposed by the Engineer-in-Chief (EIC), stands at a total of Rs. 18.39 crore.
The budget covers various aspects of the construction, including building portions, foundation provisions, safety measures, landscaping, and more.
The spokesperson further informed that the comprehensive project not only focuses on constructing a state-of-the-art administrative building but also incorporates provisions for firefighting systems, energy conservation, anti-termite treatment, and other essential components.
He stated that the proposed work is expected to be executed in line with government norms and entitlements, with expenditures to be met from the Department’s budget sanctioned during the fiscal year 2023-24.
The Haryana Government, in a bid to enhance civic amenities and bolster administrative capabilities, is committed to the timely and efficient execution of the Nirman Sadan project, contributing to the overall development of Rewari region, he added.
