Haryana Government Designates Director Town and Country Planning as Link Officer for Fire and Services Department

The Haryana Government has designated the Director, Town and Country Planning as the Link Officer for the Director, Fire and Services Department, with immediate effect.
A letter issued by the Chief Secretary office here today states that Director, Town and Country Planning will act as the Link Officer in the situations where the Director, Fire and Services Department is absent for more than 2 days due to various reasons or in the case of a vacancy arising from retirement or transfer. It is mandatory for every officer to inform the designated Link Officer before proceeding on leave, attending training programmes, going on a
tour, or being assigned election duties. This ensures proper coordination and communication within the department.
The Link Officer will facilitate seamless functioning and efficient management of responsibilities in the absence or unavailability of the Director, Fire and Services Department.
