Haryana Government has decided to extend the benefits of qualifications, namely Diploma/Degree, conferred by all the professional bodies/institutions that were duly recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Development for the purpose of employment.
These qualifications are recognized up to May 31, 2013 and are similar in nature to the qualifications recognized by IME and those covered by the public notice issued by AICTE on October 31, 2017.
A letter issued by the Chief Secretary, Sanjeev Kaushal stated that this decision has been taken in light of the recent judgment by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) (supra) and has reviewed the recognition status of qualifications awarded by various professional bodies/institutions.
List of Recognized Institutions are Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad, Institution of Civil Engineers, Ludhiana, Indian Institute of Ceramics, Calcutta, College of Military Engineering, Pune, Computer Society of India (CSI) under Department of Electronics Accreditation Computer Courses (DOEACC), Institution Mechanical Engineers (India), Mumbai, Tool Room & Training Centre, Wazirpur, Delhi, National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering, Bombay (NITIE), Institution of Fire Engineers, India, Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, New Delhi, Institution of Surveyors, The Automobile Society, Neb Sarai New Delhi, Indian Association of Materials Management, Madras/Indian Institute of Materials Management, Madras, Indian Navy by INS Valsura, Indian Navy Shivaji and Valsura, INS (Shivaji Lonavala and INS (Valsura) Jamnagar, Institution Engineers Kolkata (India), Aeronautical Society of India.
Haryana Government Enforces October 7th Guidelines for Reservation in Group-A and Group-B Promotions
Chandigarh December 20- Haryana Government has clarified that all Administrative Secretaries may take up implementing reservation in promotion in all cadres of Group-A and Group-B posts strictly in accordance with instructions in force i.e. October 7, 2023.
In a letter addressed by the Chief Secretary to the Administrative Secretaries states that “the State Government has decided that all Departments shall take prior approval of the Chief Minister through the Human Resources Department before issuing promotion orders in pursuance of instructions dated October 7, 2023.”
