Govt strenously striving to integrate Antyodaya families to mainstream of society: Kamlesh Dhanda

In pursuit of reaching the benefits of central and state government schemes to every eligible beneficiary, the “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” reached the village of Songri in the Kaithal district on Friday.

The yatra received a warm welcome by the Minister of Women and Child Development, Kamlesh Dhanda, along with the village residents.

During the Jan Samvad Programme organized in the village under the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, Minister Kamlesh Dhanda heard the public grievances and also directed officers on the spot to resolve them at the earliest.

Addressing the gathering during the Jan Samvad, Minister, Smt. Kamlesh Dhanda interacted directly with the beneficiaries. She stressed upon the importance of public participation in achieving Prime Minister Modi’s vision of a developed India by 2047.

He emphasized the need for every citizen to contribute to fulfilling this commitment. Addressing the gathering, she said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Manohar Lal, development initiatives are uniformly progressing across the state and the nation. Both the country and the state are steadfastly advancing on the path of growth.

The government has effectively rolled out welfare schemes benefiting various sections of society, including farmers, laborers, women, businessmen, and workers.

On this occasion, calendars and brochures based on the government’s achievements over the past 9 years were distributed to the beneficiaries. The event also featured a mock drill demonstrating the spreading of urea and DAP in fields using drone technology.

Minister Kamlesh Dhanda stated that the goal of ‘self-reliant and developed’ India can only be achieved when the poor and marginalized are also included in the mainstream of development.

The Modi-led central government and the Manohar-led state government are working to bring ‘Antyodaya’ families of the country and the state into the mainstream through various schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Scheme, PM SVANidhi, Ujjwala Yojana, among others. She emphasized that one of the objectives of the “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” is to ensure that eligible individuals benefit from various schemes implemented by the central and state governments.
