Haryana State Election Commissioner, Dhanpat Singh, said that a single-window operative system will be established to issue ‘No Dues Certificates’ to candidates contesting the Municipal Elections.
This system will be available in the concerned Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, and Municipal Committee areas, allowing candidates to obtain their ‘No Dues Certificate’ from a single location.
He stated that the ‘No Dues Certificate’ related to the Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Municipal Committee, Cooperative Society, Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, District Central Cooperative Bank, District Primary Cooperative Agriculture Rural Bank, and the Electricity Department will be available through the single-window operative system. In this regard, orders have been issued by the Haryana Chief Secretary.
