Welcoming the new members, Aman Arora stated, “Every day, hundreds of people are joining the Aam Aadmi Party, influenced by the policies of the party and the work done by the AAP government in the past three years. These members are strengthening the party at the grassroots level in Punjab.”

Arora Hails Land Pooling Policy as the Country’s Most Farmer-Friendly Initiative, Farmers Have Complete Freedom to Give or Not Give Land.
Highlighting the AAP government’s Land Pooling Scheme for developing urban estates in Ludhiana, Aman Arora praised it as the most progressive and farmer-friendly initiative to date.
He stated, “There has never been a more farmer-friendly scheme in Punjab or anywhere else in the country. Farmers have complete freedom to either give their land for development or continue farming on it. If they choose to give their land, they will receive 1,000 square yards of residential land and 200 square yards of commercial land per acre. Additionally, the government will develop roads, sewage, and other infrastructure around the land.”
Explaining the benefits further, Arora said, “If a farmer provides 10 acres, they will receive 3 acres of developed plots. For 50 acres, they will be given 30 acres in one consolidated area for development. Even if smaller plots collectively amounting to 50 acres are contributed, the government will allocate 30 acres in a single location. Importantly, no land will be taken forcibly under this scheme; farmers have complete autonomy in making their decisions.”
