The border district Ferozepur will have 20 more Aam Aadmi Clinics, to provide residents with best, affordable and top-notch healthcare services near the homes of common man by January 26, 2023, said Amrit Singh, Deputy Commissioner, during a special meeting of the District Health Society. ADC(G) Sagar Setia was also present in the meeting.
Added here, the Punjab government has decided that 500 more AAM Aadmi clinics will be opened in the state on Republic Day. After the HUGE success of 100 Aam Aadmi clinics among citizens, Bhagwant Mann govt is all set to open 500 more Aam Aadmi clinics on 26th January 2023.
She said, these Aam Aadmi clinics are being opened at all primary health centers running in the district. She gave necessary guidelines to the officials of health and other related departments present in the meeting about the new Aam Aadmi clinics, who have been entrusted with the job of commissioning these clinics.
On this occasion, Civil Surgeon Dr. Rajinderpal said that this meeting has been called to complete all the administrative work related to opening Aam Aadmi Clinic in the district. He said that all health facilities will be provided according to the Aam Aadmi Clinic protocol at all the Aam Aadmi Clinics coming into existence from January 26.
In the meeting, Assistant Civil Surgeon Dr. Sushma Thakkar, Deputy Medical Commissioner Dr. Rajendra Manchanda, District Vaccination Officer Dr. Meenakshi Abrol, District Program Manager Harish Kataria, officials from other departments were also present.
