Desh Bhagat University Signs Historic MoUs with Shobhit University, Gangoh

Mandi Gobindgarh, July 3: Under the esteemed vision and leadership of Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University (DBU), Mandi Gobindgarh, the university signed three historic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with different verticals of Shobhit University, Gangoh.

These MoUs mark the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at promoting faculty exchange, joint research, and academic collaboration in the fields of Ayurveda, Pharmacy, and Research.The agreements will facilitate submission of collaborative research projects, resource sharing, and the organization of national and international seminars and conferences.

The MoUs were signed by Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University, and Dr. Ranjit Singh, Vice Chancellor, Shobhit University, Gangoh, in a formal ceremony held at the DBU campus.

The event was graced by senior academic and administrative leaders from DBU including Dr. Parveen Bansal, Dean, Research & Development, Mr. Surinder Kapoor, Registrar, Dr. Kulbhushan, Director, Ayurveda, Dr. Puja Gulati, Director, Pharmacy and Dr. Harvinder Kaur Sidhu, Dean, Agriculture.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Harsh Sadawarti emphasized the importance of integrating traditional and modern healthcare systems, and how such collaborations will help unlock new research opportunities and enrich academic delivery.

Dr. Ranjit Singh shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting the shared vision of both universities to promote excellence in Indian systems of medicine and pharmaceutical sciences.
This strategic alliance is expected to create new pathways for academic innovation, student empowerment, and impactful research.
