Punjab Raj Bhavan celebrates statehood Formation Day of J-K and Ladakh

Strengthening the spirit of national unity under the theme of “Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat”, the Foundation Day of Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Punjab Raj Bhavan.

The ceremony was organized jointly by Punjab Raj Bhavan and Chandigarh Administration.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Banwari Lal Purohit, Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT, Chandigarh expressed his delight in hosting this significant celebration, praising the unique cultures and traditions of these regions.

He emphasized the need to recongise and celebrate the diverse cultural tapestry that makes India truly exceptional.
