PGI doctors run OPDs from protest site as they continue strike

Chandigarh, August 21

In view of the continuation of a strike by the resident doctors in PGI Chandigarh as part of the nationwide protest against the gruesome incident at Kolkata, the OPD services have been started by the protesting doctors from the protest site.

The patients were seen gathered inside the tent, where the resident doctors were staging their protest. They have set up several desks there to see the patients. However, the registration of new patients has not yet started.
