MC Chandigarh constitutes 18 flood control teams and 7 control centre during rainy season

Keeping in view of the coming monsoon season, Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh constituted 18 teams to control flood/water logging throughout the city active in the field during the rainy season and 7 Flood/Water logging Control Centre/Rooms has also been made operational round the clock in three shifts along with telephone attendants where residents can lodge the complaints of water logging during rain.
