Kisan Morcha Breaking: Responding to DGP Haryana, Punjab DGP issues orders to stop moving of Tippers, Hydras etc to Borders

Responding to the concerns shown by Haryana on bringing JCBs, Poclaines, Tippers, Hydras and other heavy earthmoving equipments to Shabhu border by agitating farmers, DGP Punjab directed all the concerned officers of Punjab to stop the movement of this type of machinery to Punjab-Haryana Border at Khanauri and Shambu.

In a letter sent to all Range ADGPs/IGPS/DIGs, all Commissioners of Police and all Senior Superintendent of Police, Punjab DGP reminded,

“Clear instructions have been issued to all SSPs and CPs that no JCBs, Poclaines, Tippers, Hydras and other heady earthmoving equipments should be allowed to reach the Punjab-Haryana border at Khanauri and Shambu where farmer agitation is ongoing and inputs indicate plans of the protestors to storm the barricades of Haryana Police and enter Haryana, a move which would disturb the law & order situation in both the states.

Shambhu border ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕੂਚ- ਹਰਿਆਣੇ ਨੇ ਪੋਕਲੇਨ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਤੇ JCBs ਬਾਰੇ DGP ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ – ਮੀਡੀਆ,ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ , ਔਰਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦੂਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ

These instructions were reiterated after receipt of written request from DGP Haryana and circulated to all SSPs and CPs.”

Haryana DGP writes to Punjab DGP to stop Poclain, JCBs and other such machines from Shambhu/ Khanauri Border; aksa to keep mediapersons, women,children and old age persons to keep away

All these officers were directed to take immediate steps to stop the movement of JCBs, Poclaines, Tippers, Hydras and other heavy earthmoving equipments towards the Haryana-Punjab Border at Khanauri and Shambu by laying nakas, conducting patrollings and other required steps be taken.
