India’s Golden Era: A Nation Rising Under PM Modi, says Middle-East based businessman and philanthropist Monish Behl

India — an eternal civilisation stands today as a radiant symbol of progress, unity, and purpose. The electrification of every village, the expansion of rural broadband, and the rise of India Stack made India a global leader in digital inclusion. The success of UPI transformed the economy into one of the world’s most efficient digital payment ecosystems — a true revolution in everyday life.

Behl praises how India has combined economic reform with social compassion. “This leadership is not just about policy; it’s about purpose,” he says. “Prime Minister Modi has redefined governance as service.” From empowering women through Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, to transforming agriculture with technology and direct income support, the government’s touch has reached every household and every heart.

On the world stage, India’s stature has soared. From hosting the G20 Summit in 2023 to leading humanitarian and climate initiatives, India has become the voice of balance and reason — a bridge between East and West, North and South. Under Modi’s diplomacy, India forged stronger ties with the Middle East, Africa, and the Indo-Pacific, while maintaining its proud independence and moral authority. “India today speaks, and the world listens,” says Behl. “This is the new India — assertive, compassionate, unstoppable.”

As the nation moves toward Viksit Bharat 2047, Behl envisions an even greater India: self-reliant in energy through green hydrogen, leading in space with Chandrayaan-3 and Gaganyaan, and setting benchmarks in technology, education, and innovation. He believes the Modi era will be remembered as the period that rekindled India’s ancient greatness in a modern form.

“India,” Behl concludes, “has always been a land of light — but today, under Prime Minister Modi, that light shines brighter than ever. The world no longer wonders if India will rise; it wonders how high she will soar.”
