On this occasion, Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Lok Sabha Member from Chandigarh Kiran Kher along with Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij, Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Banwarilal Purohit,

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala and Union Minister of State Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh have arrived.
