‘5% hike in water tariff from April 1 must be stopped immediately:’ Chandigarh Mayor writes to Homes Secretary

Chandigarh, March 30

Chandigarh Mayor Kuldeep Kumar has written to Home Secretary Chandigarh Nitin Kumar Yadav urging the latter to stop the 5% hike in water tariff that will be applicable from April 1, immediately.

He added that the 5% hike in water tariff will be an undue burden on the residents of the City Beautiful.
