Pakistan Airstrikes Kill Dozens of TTP Militants in Afghanistan

Pakistan’s military launched precision airstrikes early Sunday on seven TTP (Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan) hideouts inside Afghanistan, claiming over two dozen terrorists killed. Strikes follow Saturday’s suicide bombings in Bannu and Bajaur districts.​

Bannu: VBIED rammed security convoy, killing Lt Col Shahzada Gul Faraz and Sepoy Karamat Shah; five militants downed on site. Bajaur: 11 soldiers, one child dead. Pakistan dubs TTP “Fitna al Khwarij.”​
