Security forces achieved major breakthrough in Jammu-Kashmir’s Kishtwar district, neutralizing two Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists during encounter. White Knight Corps confirmed success in Operation Trashi-1 at Pasarkot in Chatroo belt; recovered two AK-47 rifles plus heavy arms/ammunition.

Operation Details

Joint teams of Army, J&K Police, IB, and CRPF’s CIF Delta launched action around 11 AM based on precise intelligence. Terrorists hiding in mountain foothill’s makeshift house opened fire on approaching search party, triggering fierce gunbattle.

Pakistani Terrorists Confirmed

Both neutralized terrorists identified as Pakistani nationals. Search operations continue; forces vow no safe haven for peace disruptors. This marks 6th JeM terrorist eliminated in Jammu region this year, following Udhampur and Kathua ops.
