Ludhiana, June 17
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate for Ludhiana (West) Assembly constituency and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora held a poll meeting at J Block, Sarabha Nagar, hosted by Architect Sanjay Goel.
Arora, who regularly presents his three-year performance report at poll meetings, witnessed an unusual moment during this event. Before Arora’s address, Architect Goel gave a detailed video presentation on a television screen, highlighting three years key achievements of Arora through text and photographs. The audience, including Arora himself, appeared impressed by the creative presentation.
Praising Arora’s contributions over the past three years, Architect Goel said that Arora has a clear vision to transform Ludhiana into a more liveable and smart city. He asserted that the visible development under Arora’s leadership is evidence of his commitment. Goyal urged the voters of Ludhiana (West) to vote overwhelmingly in favour of Arora so that he can make Ludhiana a model city at the national level.
In his address, Arora thanked Architect Goel for the thoughtful and impactful presentation. He said all his work over the past three years was driven by passion and a strong desire to give back to society. Arora asserted that if elected, he would work as per the wishes of the people as citizens understand the needs of their areas best.
Arora further noted that many people criticize politicians for seeking votes only once every five years, but he stressed that the right to criticize comes only when one has voted. He therefore appealed to every voter to participate in the upcoming bypoll and exercise their democratic right. He urged the electorate of Ludhiana (West) to create a new voting record and emphasized that each vote is a step toward the development of Ludhiana.
MLA Daljit Singh Grewal, Councillor Amrit Varsha Rampal, B.K. Rampal, and Vinay Goel were among those present on the occasion.
