Chandigarh, December 4: Chief Minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann, delivered keynote address at the roadshow in Tokyo to promote investment opportunities in Punjab. Ambassador H.E. Ms. Nagma M Mallick, made inaugural remarks at the event.
