Bollywood Actor Govinda Hospitalized in Mumbai After Sudden Health Deterioration

Bollywood veteran Govinda has been hospitalized after his health suddenly deteriorated late Tuesday evening. According to reports, the 61-year-old actor lost consciousness around 8 PM and was immediately rushed to a hospital in Mumbai’s Juhu area.

Govinda was admitted to the Critical Care Unit (CCU), where he is currently under medical observation. Doctors have conducted several tests, and the results are still awaited. His condition reportedly worsened due to a sudden drop in body coordination, prompting his family to seek emergency medical help.

Confirming the development, Govinda’s close friend and legal advisor Lalit Bindal said, “Govinda fainted suddenly at home. He was taken to the hospital around 1 AM, where doctors administered medication and began further treatment.”

Hospital sources have stated that Govinda is stable but under close supervision as doctors continue to monitor his condition.

Govinda, a celebrated actor and former Member of Parliament, has been one of Bollywood’s most beloved entertainers since the 1980s, known for his remarkable comic timing, dance moves, and iconic films such as Coolie No. 1, Hero No. 1, and Haseena Maan Jaayegi.
