The land of Punjab is a land of militant people and the people of Punjab are strongly supporting the government in the war started against drugs. Those involved in drug trafficking in Punjab will not be spared at any cost, the government is making all-out efforts for this.
SSP Gagan Ajit Singh said that taking action by the police administration, the illegal construction done by drug smugglers Jangir Kaur alias Jangir wife Lal Singh, Darshan Singh son of Piara Singh, Boota Singh son of Piara Singh, Jaswinder Kaur alias Kukar wife Buta Singh, Gurpreet Singh son of Pappu Singh on about 1092 square yards of panchayat land has been destroyed.
He warned the anti-social elements selling drugs that now a war against drugs is going on in Punjab and no culprit will be spared. On this occasion, the entire Gram Panchayat of village Bagrian and the people of the village strongly welcomed the police action and said that such actions will break the morale of drug smugglers and the Punjab government’s campaign to make the society drug-free will be successful.
He said that due to the high morale of all of you, this war will be won and there is no place for drug traffickers in Punjab. He said that this campaign of the Punjab government is also being welcomed by the people and people are giving information about drug smugglers to the police on a large scale. He said that with the cooperation being received from the society, we will be able to end this scourge very soon. He also thanked the people for the cooperation being received from the people.
