“Policy of RSS to capture education”: Pargat Singh asks Punjab Govt to reject New Education Policy

Chandigarh, February 24

While speaking during the special Vidhan Sabha session today, Congress MLA Pargat Singh asked Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab government to reject New Education Policy.

“The policy of RSS to capture education, which is trying to convert the mindset of the coming generations to its vote bank, is not only endangering the education sector but also the rights of the states. 6 states have rejected this new education policy. I request the Bhagwant Mann government and the Education Minister that we also reject the new education policy and the new rules of UGC in the Vidhan Sabha and put pressure on the BJP government at the center to change these rules,” said Pargat Singh.
