The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has expanded its team of observers for the ongoing membership drive that commenced on January 20. The newly appointed observers will supervise the party’s efforts across several districts in Punjab.
The updates to the observer list include:
Gurpartap Singh Wadala, assigned to oversee the membership drive in Faridkot district.
Varinder Singh Bajwa, who was earlier assigned to Nawan Shahar district, will now join Harjinder Dhami in Hoshiarpur district.
Jarnail Singh Wahd has been appointed to take charge of Nawan Shahar district.
Raj Singh Dibbipura will work alongside Joginder Jindu in Ferozepur district.
Preet Inder Singh, President of Sri Muktsar Sahib, will join Vardev Singh Mann in Fazilka district.
These appointments were finalized during a meeting of the party’s Parliamentary Board, chaired by SAD Working President Balwinder Singh Bhundar. The party aims to strengthen its grassroots outreach and boost its membership base through this initiative.
