City Architect delivers lecture for PEDA

Ludhiana, December 20

Ar Sanjay Goel, Chief Architect of Designex Architects and former Director of Ludhiana Smart City Ltd delivered lecture on “Better and Smart Buildings for Smart Cities” during celebration of Punjab State Energy Conservation Day in Chandigarh where Aman Arora Cabinet Minister, Punjab was the Chief Guest. Principal Secretary PEDA Ajoy Kumar Sinha was the Guest of Honour.

On his return here after attending the event, he said Workshop-cum-Exhibition on Energy Efficient Building Materials/Products for Net Zero Buildings and Energy Efficient Industries was organised by Punjab Energy Development Agency working in close association with Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Govt of India.

Ar Sanjay Goel in his presentation explained the role of architects, engineers in built environment and how energy can be conserved not only in upcoming smart cities but smart buildings too.

He shared many best building examples from different parts of India starting from new Parliament house building in New Delhi.

Workshop was attended by hundreds of stakeholders, including team PEDA working under its Director M P Singh.
