Mohali: PNB Mohali Circle celebrates Vigilance Awareness Week

To maintain transparency in the working of banks as per the direction of Central Vigilance Commissioner, Circle Office of Punjab National Bank, Phase-2, Mohali kick-started the Vigilance Awareness Week under the patronage of Mohali Circle Head, Pankaj Anand.

At the beginning of the week, which is being observed from October 28 to November 2, Circle Head Shri Pankaj Anand and other staff members took an integrity pledge to eradicate corruption and be honest.

To create awareness against corruption among the general public, a walkathon was organized by the circle under the leadership of Circle Head Shri Pankaj Anand in which about 70 staff members including branches participated.

On this occasion, Pankaj Anand said that if we work in a financial institution, then our ultimate goal should be to fulfill the financial needs of the general public with complete honesty.

Honesty in the field not only leads to the progress of the institution, but we also contribute to the upliftment of our family and society by establishing a high level of our moral values.

During this, Deputy Circle Head Sanjit Koundal, Sanjay Verma (MCC Head), LDM MK Bhardwaj, Vijay Nagpal (Chief Manager), Ravi Kumar (Chief Manager) and Dhanesh Sharma (Chief Manager), Sohan Lal (RAM Head) and Gulshan Kumar (Chief Manager) along with other officers were present.

During this week, Mohali Circle is also organizing various activities like street plays, essay writing, and customer conferences to appeal to the customers to adopt honest lifestyles in their lives.
