Punjab is not getting its due share of DAP fertilizer and the central government should look into it, said Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
Taking to X, Mann shared that he will be meeting Union Minister JP Nadda on the matter.
“Today I will be meeting Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister Shri J.P. Nadda ji to discuss the issue of supply of DAP fertilizer in Punjab. Punjab is not getting its share of DAP fertilizer and the central government should pay attention to this. Protecting the interests of our farmers is our priority and we will take all steps to ensure that they get the supply of fertilizers on time,” wrote CM Mann on X.
ਅੱਜ ਮੈਂ ਰਸਾਇਣ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਦ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜੇ.ਪੀ. ਨੱਢਾ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ DAP ਖਾਦ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ DAP ਖਾਦ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
