Efforts of Bhagwant Singh Mann Government prove big success: students switching from private to government schools

With a motto to carve out ‘Rangla Punjab’, the efforts of the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to provide quality education are beginning to flourish.

During today’s Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting, such students met Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains and told that they were studying in private schools but since the day your government came to power, the condition of government schools has changed drastically. There was a rapid improvement in the government schools, which changed the mentality of people towards government schools.

Speaking on this occasion, 11th Grade Student of School of Eminence Nangal, Ekamana said that earlier she used to study in a private school located ten kilometers away from Nangal. She said that these schools have less fees as compared with private ones but better education and other facilities.

Similarly, Mehkdeep Kaur, a student of 12th Science stream, said that she also moved into this school from a private one. She said that the way digital education is imparted in these government schools as compared to private schools is impressive. She said that after coming to this school, she attended summer camps and winter camps which improved her personality holistically.

Speaking on this occasion, Dia Jaiswal said that she enrolled with this school after switching from a famous school of Hoshiarpur. She told that the fee structure of her previous school was exorbitant but the kind of education imparted here is far ahead.

Meanwhile, one of the students, Bhumika Preet Kaur said that preparation for competitive exams is underway in this school which was missed in private schools.
