Deputy Commissioner Jitendra Jorwal on Sunday felicitated the winners of the Divyang Cricket League, which wrapped up today at PAU.
As the final day of the tournament, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized that the Divyangs are an integral part of our community.
Jorwal, who also played with the Divyang players for about an hour and presented the awards. He praised their involvement and mentioned that the administration is working tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals with special needs. He also highlighted their importance in society and their entitlement to the same rights as everyone else.
Jorwal encouraged the public to adopt a compassionate attitude and to always treat these individuals with respect. He also commended the organizers of the league and promised full support from the district government.
