Bharat Bandh On August 21: What’s Open, What’s Closed ?

The Reservation Bachao Sangharsh Samiti declared a Bharat Bandh on August 21 in response to the recent ruling of the Supreme Court on reservations for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST).

The Supreme Court’s decision to allow states to create sub-categories within the SC and ST groups has sparked widespread controversy.
