Motorcyclists fled after throwing bag containing heroin in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, April 12

Two motorcycle-borne youths on seeing the police van patrolling in Talwandi Bhai, to keep an eye on unscrupulous, mischievous and anti-social elements, turned around and fled away throwing the bag, on the road, in their hands.

On opening the bag, 1.5 kg of heroin was found.  Meanwhile, a case against two unidentified persons under the NDPS Act has been registered at Talwandi Bhai and further investigations are underway with IO Charan Singh, based on available evidence or using technical sources etc.
