Ludhiana Administration and NGO launch awareness campaign on voting

Ludhiana, March 18

The District Election Office and NGO Initiators of Change joined hands to create maximum voter awareness among the citizens of the city under their campaign ‘I Vote I Lead’ and ensure maximum turnout in the Lok Sabha elections.

In the campaign, the team of election office and Initiators of Change organised a Nukkad Natak in Rakh Bagh to enroll and educate people. The nukkad natak was performed by the young volunteers of the city Gokul Malik, Harpal Kaur, Kripa, Misty, Satvik, Harsh, Naman, Jugaad, Rayna and Himanshu.

Further, the officials of the Election Office also gave a demo of the EVM and VVPAT to the public.

Trustee of NGO Mithil Goyal said that the citizens need to collaborate with the administration to ensure maximum productivity and a strong democracy.
