Chandigarh: Mobile Phones not allowed during re-election of Senior Dy Mayor and Deputy Mayor

After orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, re-election of Chandigarh Municipal Corporation Senior Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be held on 27.2.2024 at 10.00 AM at Municipal Bhawan Chandigarh.

As per orders issued in this regard, it was made clear that Mobile phones will not be allowed inside hall where election will take place. All the voters including MP, MCs have been directed to deposit their mobile at counter which will be made for specific purpose.
