Chandigarh Mayor poll case: Votes at poll shall be recounted, 8 votes earlier invalidated shall be treated as valid, says SC

New Delhi, February 20

The Supreme Court takes into note that all invalidated eight ballots have votes cast in favour of AAP Mayor Candidate Kuldeep Kumar.

SC said that it will direct that votes at the poll shall be recounted and these eight shall be treated as valid. Thereafter, results be declared based on that.
