RERA Punjab Chairman resigns
Chandigarh, February 8
Stya Gopal IAS ( Rtd ) has resigned from the post of Chairman, RERA , Punjab. His resignation has been accepted by the Punjab government. The notification for the acceptence of his resign has been issued today.
Sh. Satya Gopal joined as Chairperson of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab on 23rd December, 2022. He is an IAS officer of 1988 batch. He did Economics (Hons.) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and MA in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. During his public service career spanning over 36 years, he has served on post of national importance and responsibility, which includes Chief Secretary, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Department of Power and Department of Environment & Forests, Govt. of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD), ACS to the Hon’ble Chief Minister Govt. of Delhi (NCT of Delhi), CMD of Public Power Utilities of Delhi, State Nodal Officer – Covid-19 Management, GNCTD, Delhi, ACS – Land and Building, GNCTD, ACS – Home and Services, GNCTD, Chairman, Chandigarh Housing Board, Administrator Daman, Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli and Secretary Cooperation & Registrar Cooperative Societies GNCTD of Delhi etc.
