No change in Income Tax slab in interim budget

New Delhi, February 1

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today announced in her interim budget that there will be no change in Income Tax slabs and there will be no tax till income of Rs. 7 lakh per annum. She also informed that number of persons filing returns has increased 2.4 times in last 10 years.
