Anil Vij took cleans Shastri Colony Shiv Temple in Ambala

Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij cleaned the Shiv Temple in Shastri Colony, Ambala Cantonment, and sought blessings from the deity this morning.

During Shri Ram Yatra organized in Ambala yesterday, Vij had called upon the people to visit religious places every day and clean the mind before Pran Prathistha of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22, which will purify the mind. With this purpose, after reaching the temple this morning, he himself started the work and started cleaning it.

“We should all begin cleaning our temples today,” Vij added. “This will purify our minds and create a conducive environment for the Pran Pratistha ceremony.”

Highlighting the spiritual benefit of temple cleaning, Vij further encouraged citizens to consume sattvic food in the lead-up to the ceremony.Earlier, Home Minister Anil Vij performed Jalabhishek on the sacred Shivalinga in the Shiva temple and sought blessings from the Lord.
