Haryana Cabinet nod to amendments in Business of Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules 1974 of School Edu Dept

Chandigarh, January 3
The Haryana Cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, today approved amendments made in the Business of Haryana Government (Allocation) Rules 1974 of School Education Department.
This amendment is necessitated owing to the separation of the School Education Department from the Higher Education Department.
The amendments aim to redefine the scope and responsibilities of the School Education Department, now officially distinct from the higher education counterpart.
