Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal has issued directives to all Administrative Secretaries, urging them to expedite the on boarding process for all remaining notified services, including their sub-parts, onto the Auto Appeal System (AAS).

This measure is aimed at ensuring continuous monitoring of the AAS to facilitate the timely and transparent delivery of public services under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014.

Currently, 404 services spanning various departments have already been integrated into the AAS.

The Auto Appeal System, introduced by the Haryana Right to Service Commission, operates by automatically filing appeals on behalf of citizens in instances where designated officers fail to provide notified services within the stipulated timeframe or reject applications without valid justifications.

These appeals then progress through the grievance redressal system, escalating to the Commission if delays or rejections persist.

In a communication directed to the Administrative Secretaries of several departments, including Revenue and Disaster Management, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Transport, Home, Welfare Board for Building and Other Construction Workers, Urban Local Bodies, Food and Drugs Administration, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd., Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Mining and Geology, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd., Employment, Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Agriculture And Farmers Welfare, Industries and Commerce, State Technical Universities, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Town And Country Planning, Chief Electrical Inspector, Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Board of School Education, Haryana Labour Welfare Board, Haryana State Seed Certification Agency, Haryana Women Development Corporation, Horticulture, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes, and Antyodaya (SEWA), Ayushman Bharat – Haryana Health Protection Authority, Haryana Enterprise Promotion Centre, Health Services (Information not provided), Housing Board (Information not provided), Labour Department (Information not provided), PW (B&R) & Architecture Department (Information not provided), Rural Development Department (Information not provided), School Education Department, the Chief Secretary urged swift action to onboard the balanced services, including sub-parts, of their respective departments onto the AAS.
