CM Khattar approves upgradation of 8 State Highways and widening of Siwaha-Pillukhera Road

In a significant step towards enhancing connectivity and facilitating seamless transportation across Haryana, the Chief Minister, Manohar Lal, has granted administrative approval for a critical road infrastructure projects.

These projects encompass the improvement of 8 state highways at an estimated cost of Rs. 75.16 crore and the widening and strengthening of the Siwaha-Pillukhera road at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.47 crore.

Giving more information in this regard, an official spokesperson gives detailed overview of these projects which include improvement of Jagadhri-Bilaspur Sadhaura-Naraingarh-Raipur Rani road in Ambala District, spanning 12.72 km. with an estimated budget of Rs. 6.80 crore, Improvement of Barwala-Hisar-Siwani Singhani road (SH-19) in Bhiwani District, covering 5.40 km. with an approved amount of Rs. 1.69 crore, Improvement of Rewari-Dahina-Kanina-Mahindergarh-Satnali-Loharu road (SH No. 26) in Bhiwani District, spanning 9.23 km. with an allocated budget of Rs. 5.38 crore.

Furthermore, the Improvement of Mahindergarh-Satnali-Loharu road (SH-24) in Mahindergarh Distt. (32.00 km, Rs. 17.72 crore), Improvement of Adampur to Jhansal road in Hisar District (11.67 km, Rs. 7.62 crore),

Improvement of Karnal Assandh-Jind-Hansi road (SH-12) in Hisar District (26.038 km, Rs. 27.58 crore), Providing RCC side drain on Kunjpura Karnal road (SH-08) in Karnal District (0.500 km, Rs. 3.8 crore), Improvement of Surewala Chowk to Uklana Bhuna road (SH-02) in Hisar District (7.064 km, Rs. 7.96 crore).

Widening and Strengthening of Siwaha to Pillukhera Road at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.47 crore

Spokesperson informed that Haryana CM also gave nod to widening and strengthening of the road from Siwaha to Pillukhera here today. He said that the road, spanning 2.51 km., will be expanded from 3.66 mtr to 5.50 mtr., with an estimated budget of Rs. 1.47 crore.

This initiative is poised to benefit the residents of Siwaha and Pillukhera villages, fostering improved connectivity and facilitating easier access to the local grain market.

He further stated that these initiatives reflect the Haryana Government’s commitment to infrastructure development and will undoubtedly bring substantial benefits to the public by improving road networks and connectivity across the state.
