BSF recovers 2 kg contraband item suspected to be heroin

Ferozepur, November 20

On Sunday, during evening hours, on specific information regarding the presence of contraband item, a search Operation was launched by BSF near Village – Chak Bhange Wala, District – Ferozepur.

Further, during the search operation, at about 04:15 pm, 01 pkt of contraband item suspected to be Heroin (Gross Wt – 2 Kg) wrapped with yellow adhesive tape was recovered from the farming field adjacent to Village – Chak Bhange Wala.

Yet another nefarious attempt to smuggle contraband foiled due to efforts of alert BSF troops.
