Ferozepur: Encounter between gangsters and police, one injured, two arrested

Ferozepur, October 31

A late night encounter between gangsters and police took place in Ferozepur near Sodhi Wala village under Lakho Ke Behram police station, in which a gangster named Subhash Bashi was injured. After a 10-minute encounter, Bashi and his accomplice were caught by the police.

About 10 murder cases are registered on Subhash side. The police said that the police had received in-puts and on the basis of which the ‘naka’ was set up to arrest them. On seeing the ‘naka’, they started firing and the police also retaliated in which Bashi was injured.
