Punjab and Haryana High Court quashes FIRs against Kumar Vishwas and Tejinder Bagga

Chandigarh, October 12

Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed FIRs registered by Punjab Police against Kumar Vishwas and BJP leader Tejinder Bagga.

These FIRs were registered at Mohali for alleged derogatory tweets against AAP Convener Arvind Kejriwal.

Decision of High court is being seen as big blow to AAP Government of Punjab.

In a tweet, Kumar Vishwas has termed it as a big victory. He also quotweeted his old tweet.
