Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya on Saturday felicitated successful Civil Service candidates of Samkalp Chandigarh in Haryana Raj Bhavan on Saturday

SaMkalp IAS Chandigarh helped 20 Civil Service aspirants achieve their this year so far. Nine candidates for the UPSC Civil Service Exam and 11 candidates for HCS Civil Services achieved their dreams.
