AAP MP Seechewal on ground to strengthen damaged embankments

Chandigarh, July 10

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal is working on ground to strenghten damaged embankments following continuous heavy rainfall.

He informed that due to the continuous rain, the roads adjacent to the weak and damaged embankments are being strengthened so that the embankments do not break because these roads only connect the villages.

He also appealed to the villagers to keep watch over the dams and keep in touch on the numbers issued by the government.

ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਤੇ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਏ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਨਾ ਟੁੱਟਣ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਰਸਤੇ ਹੀ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋੜਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਾਰਨੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਨੰਬਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ
